Shocking. I was early for my appointment, but was told the dentist was late. I set about paying for nearby parking, I noticed that someone due for a later appo had been seen, and eventually I was told that my appointment was cancelled. I had to go home with a raging toothache.

I have been a customer of this Potters Bar based dental practice for many years now and have always found the service to be exemplary. So much so that I recommended the practice to my parents, whose experience of the practice has matched my own.

I find the negative reviews for this dental practise surprising and I do wonder whether those reviews are actually meant for another practice of the same name.

Poor customer service and bad at communicating terms of service. didn't tell me about policy regarding 24 hour cancellation policy and then expected me to pay for appointment despite calling at 8:30am in the morning.

We had to go to hospital to have it dealt with and the next day a REAL dentist removed the remaining part of the tooth that had been left inside his root/gum area.

I personally have very little time for a business that doesn't communicate these policies with me and isn't prepared to give me the benefit of the doubt for not knowing. If you are in the same situation as me, be aware that unless you have consented to a charge and its terms, then you are not obligated to pay it.

These people are butchers & should be shut down! My husband had his tooth pulled out - a fairly simple procedure, yet they removed his tooth in over 6 parts, chiseling away at it. In the end, they had not even removed it entirely and the bleeding did not stop throughout the rest of the day or the night!!!
